Zendaya’s appearance at the gala comes after the DuneThe magazine named actress one of the most influential of 2022. The multifaceted celebrity graced the cover of the publication’s June issue in a breathtaking, red bow-adorned dress.
Zendaya is not the only option. Time‘s list included Amanda Seyfried, Quinta Brunson, JazmineSullivanAnd Mary J. Blige. Seyfried, 36 years old, was a master at evening wear in a Carolina Herrera black, high-low Carolina Herrera gown. She paired the look in pointed toe pumps with sleek, updo hair.
Sullivan, 35 years old, opted for a bold white Hanifa dress with a high slit. The “On It” singer pulled the look together with sheer black tights and black heels. Brunson, 32 years old, wore a beautiful purple gown. The look featured a dramatic one-shoulder and a figure-hugging, long skirt.
The show was won by Blige, 51, in a whimsical Gaurav Gopta dress. The ensemble featured waterfall-like cutouts at the waist and sleeves.
