Prosecutors want the death penalty, claiming that “the capital crime was committed for pecuniary gains, the capital felon was especially heinous atrocious or cruel, and the capital offense was a murder and was committed in an icy, calculated, and premeditated way without any pretense of moral and legal justification.”
He denies the murders.
