A woman who had filed a lawsuit against Snoop Dogg was dismissed.
“It is not surprising the plaintiff dismissed her lawsuit against the defendants,” a representative for Snoop stated in a statement to Reuters. “Her complaint was full false allegations and deficiencies.”
Yesterday, Jane Doe’s accuser filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court. She claimed that Snoop Dogg’s associate Bishop Don “Magic”, Juan, assaulted and raped her after a Snoop Dogg concert at Club Heat Ultra Lounge Anaheim, California on May 29, 2013. Rolling Stone reported.
The lawsuit claims that the woman was attacked in “back-to back” attacks by Bishop Don after she accepted a ride from him to return home. He had taken her to his house without her consent. She claims he attacked her in his apartment after he “removed (his penis) from his pants” as well as repeatedly putting his penis into his mouth.
She claims that Snoop forced her to join him at a recording studio, where he was filming his TV show, Snoop Dogg’s Double G News Network. Snoop said to her that he wanted her to be his “weather girl.”
She said she felt unwell and went into the bathroom. Snoop then came in and closed the door, forcing his penis into her mouth.
“After a few seconds, the defendant withdrew penis from plaintiff’s mouth, visibly dissatisfied at plaintiff’s reluctance, disgust, and being forced to engage oral sex,” according to the complaint. The rapper then “proceeded” to masturbate and ejaculated onto plaintiff’s lower neck and upper chest. The accuser was left “humiliated and terrified” in the bathroom, where he never returned.
