Whole Foods shoppers are being warned about their purchases after a recall was just announced. According to reports, several different veggie products sold at various Whole Foods locations were recalled.

A Houston-based vendor is the one who issued the recall of several salads, wraps, and salad bar trays. The recall affects Whole Foods stores across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

The company announcement said, “GHSW, LLC is voluntarily recalling select salads, wraps and salad bar trays sold to Whole Foods Markets 365 in Texas and at Whole Foods Markets in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas because the product labels fail to declare soy as a sub-ingredient of the mayonnaise used to manufacture the products. Some of the labels,  however state that the products ‘may contain soy.’ People who are allergic to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.”

They continued, “No reports of illnesses or injury have been received to date. This recall is being carried out with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.”

The products in question include two kinds of crudite bowls sold at Whole Foods. One includes asparagus and bell peppers, and the other includes jicama and mini peppers.

The recall also includes store-branded classic potato salad, classic tuna salad wrap, smoked mozzarella pasta salad, traditional egg salad yellowfin tuna salad, and broccoli crunch.

If you shop at Whole Foods, please be aware of this recall and share it with family and friends! In other recent news, Melania just stepped into a fancy dinner wearing a stunning black dress! She looked absolutely beautiful.
