Watch Amazing Performances of America's Got Talent Star Who Tragically Died at 42

On Sunday afternoon, the sad news was revealed that "America's Got Talent" champion Neal Boyd has passed away. As was previously reported, the 42-year-old died in his mother's house.

The beloved singer passed away after struggling with several diseases. The illnesses involved his weight, heart and kidney failure, and liver disease. Sadly,  the 2008 winner of "America's Got Talent" has now passed away.

Not only was Boyd a talented opera singer, he also wanted to be involved in politics and ran for a seat in the House of Representatives under a Republican ticket two separate times. 

Overall, Boyd was loved for his conservative values, his strong character, and, of course, his powerful voice.
