A national emergency is currently taking place along the southern border of the United States. President Trump has done his best to combat the disinformation perpetuated bob the media and leftist organizations.

Now, Vice President Pence is speaking out on the issue and urging all Republicans to come together and support the Trump administration on this national emergency declaration.

“A vote against the president's national emergency declaration is a vote to deny the humanitarian and security crisis that's happening at our southern border. So we're urging every member of the Senate set politics aside to recognize that we have a crisis,” Pence told 'Fox & Friends’ Pete Hegseth," according to Fox News.

Pence continued, “The president has the authority under the National Emergencies Act. Vote down the resolution of disapproval. Stand with the president and stand for border security. That's what the American people want.”

The move by Vice President Pence is extremely important and his words speak to the urgency of the situation. The southern border is at a crossroads like never before and we need to stand together.

Illegal immigration has been greatly reduced under the Trump administration and the national emergency declaration is the next step at freeing up more funding for the border wall. Officials, including actually border patrol agents, have been very vocal about their support for President Trump's plans.

Now, it is up to the rest of America to come together and support President Trump. Please keep our nation's leaders in your prayers.
