Vice Mayor In Philippines Asks For Prayer After Deadly Explosion

A deadly explosion this morning in the Philippines has left 10 people dead and at least 60 injured, and the mayor of the city is coveting your prayers.

According to CNN, the blast occurred at a night market in Davao City, raising fears that it was a deliberate attack. No cause has yet been determined.

Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte also alluded to suspicions of an attack and asked for prayer on Facebook for his city: "Let us pray for the victims of this unfortunate incident, especially for those who died. Let us pray for those who are being treated in different hospitals and pray for their quick recovery."
