Veteran TV Actor Passes Away at Age 75

A famous actor has just passed away. According to reports, Carmen Argenziano has died at the age of 75.

Carmen is best known for his television role on Stargate SG-1. His fans were truly shocked to learn of his passing and posted touching tributes to him online.

"Argenziano passed away Sunday, according to his personal appearance agency, Event Horizon Talent. His agent, who books him for conventions, confirms to TMZ that Argenziano had, in fact, died ... but the circumstances of his death remain unclear for now," according to TMZ.

Carmen had a long and successful career in show business and had roles in numerous productions. His career spanned over five decades long and included roles in The Rockford Files, Lou Grant, Heartbeat, Booker, L.A. Law, Melrose Place, Sisters, CSI: NY, The Young and the Restless and, SG-1.

Argenziano also had roles on other well-known shows such as Columbo, Police Story, The Godfather: Part II, CHiPs, The Greatest American Hero, The A-Team, Cheers, Crime & Punishment, ER, Walker, Texas Ranger, and House to name a few. Impressively, Argenziano has 227 acting credits on IMDb. He is survived by his wife, Lisa, and his three children.
