A famous television star is now in ICE custody after previously being arrested. Now, all signs point to his possible deportation from the country.

According to reports, Joe Giudice has been transferred to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) custody after he was released from prison. He had just finished completing a prison sentence after serving 41-months behind bars.

"James Leonard Jr., an attorney for Giudice's wife Teresa told Fox News Thursday, "His lawyers and his family are hopeful that justice will prevail and Mr. Guidice will return home to his wife and four daughters who love him and miss him," reported Fox.

Joe is well-known for being the husband of one of the "Real Housewives" on television. His wife had previously also been arrested and served an 11-month sentence for the same crimes. She has been very vocal about her husband's case and claims that officials are trying to make an example out of her high-profile husband.

“They did make an example out of us,” Teresa added about the court ruling. "They know we’re going to fight it. They know mommy is doing everything she can,” she said, referring to the couple’s four daughters. “They know I’m doing everything I can. So that’s it. That’s all I can do.”

For now, the future remains unclear for the family. A rep for Giudice did not respond when asked to comment on the situation.
