On Friday, February 8th, President Donald Trump spent several hours at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for his annual checkup. Every year, the President of the United States is required to get a medical exam to assure his health is in the best possible condition.
Last year, the president’s medical exam results assured he was in “excellent” condition and is likely to remain so for the rest of his presidency. The report, conducted by former White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson, also assured the president would be making a slight diet and exercise change over the years to maintain his good health.
According to the New York Post, Dr. Sean P. Conley supervised Trump’s exam this year. He released the results of the report to the public on Friday evening.
“I am happy to announce the President of the United States is in very good health and I anticipate he will remain so for the duration of his Presidency, and beyond,” Dr. Conley said.
Additionally, the doctor revealed that Trump did not undergo any procedures that required him to be put under. Details of the exam are still being finalized, but it is unclear what information will be disclosed to the American people.
As previously reported, Trump scored a 30/30 on the cognitive test in 2018 assuring that he is “mentally fit to be president.” The previous doctor had zero concerns about his cognitive ability and mental health.
This story is developing. If more details on Trump’s medical exam are released, this article will be updated accordingly.
