Over the last several months, former Vice President Joe Biden has been under fire after several women made allegations about him. According to reports, Biden is facing misconduct allegations after women felt uncomfortable with his “unwanted touching.”
Several women gave accounts of times where Biden would touch their faces or backs in a way that made them feel uncomfortable. Now, Biden spoke out about the allegations.
On Tuesday, Biden took to social media to talk about the allegations to ensure viewers that he understands what the women are saying. He said that he will “be more mindful” in the future.
He said, “Social norms are changing. I understand that, and I’ve heard what these women are saying. Politics to me has always been about making connections, but I will be more mindful about respecting personal space in the future. That’s my responsibility and I will meet it.”
Now, a few days after Biden made his apology, President Trump has taken to Twitter to publicly troll the former vice president.
