Trump Sets the Record Straight About the Wall and DACA Negotiations

On Thursday, President Trump headed to Florida in order to survey the damage caused by Hurricane Irma. Before his early morning flight, he was busy refuting claims that he had made a deal with Democrat leaders Pelosi and Schumer about DACA.

On Wednesday night, rumors of the deal overwhelmed many mainstream media networks. Others came to President Trump's defense, saying that no deal was reached on DACA yet.

Now, President Trump is setting the record straight himself about the supposed deal that was made. He posted on his Twitter early Thursday morning to address the rumors.

After arriving in Florida, he was interviewed by CBS News. You can watch two portions of the interview about the DACA deal below, where President Trump says that if there is no wall, there is no deal.
