With Christmas right around the corner, Americans are focused on the birth of Jesus, time spent with family, delicious holiday meals, and, of course, what gifts to buy for loved ones! While gifts are not the primary reason for the season, they are a great way to show someone love!

On Wednesday, December 12, President Trump has been put on blast after his oldest son, Donald Trump Jr., opened up about the worst gift that he received as a child. Trump Jr. was speaking in an interview with "Extra" when he talked about one major mishap that his father did at Christmas.

The reporter asked, "What's the best or worst present you've ever gotten?"

Donald Trump Jr. responded, sharing a hilarious story about his father. He noted that as the namesake, he often got regifted items that were monogrammed with "Donald Trump."

Then, he shared about one particular time that this did not work out in anyone's favor.

Trump Jr. said, "Hah, well, I'm the namesake, so I got regifted all of the things that were monogrammed for him, at times. So, there was one Christmas where he may or may not have given me the gift that I had given him the year before, because I monogrammed it, and it was like, 'Oh yeah, here.' And I'm like, 'I know you didn't get this!' 'How do you know that?'  'Because I gave it to you last year!'"

After the interview, the Internet put President Trump on blast, calling him a classic "Christmas regifter."

Even with the mistake, President Trump and Donald Trump Jr. were obviously able to get past it. In the interview, Trump Jr. said that he would be spending the holidays with his family at Mar-a-Lago club in Florida. He will be joined by girlfriend Kimberly Guilfoyle.
