Trump Makes Radical Pro-Life Statement in Direct Opposition to Obama

Wow, this is such an incredible thing, and unsurprisingly the major media outlets are not reporting on it. In a sneak-peak of the 2018-2022 Health and Human Services (HHS) plan, the Trump administration directly changes Obama's definition of when life begins, boldly stating it starts at conception.

"HHS accomplishes its mission through programs and initiatives that cover a wide spectrum of activities, serving and protecting Americans at every stage of life, beginning at conception," states the document. In stark contrast, the former document by Obama's administration didn't include the term "protecting" or the definition that life begins at conception.

The Trump administration document goes on to specifically prioritize the unborn, something America hasn't seen done in years. “Strategic Goal 1: Reform, Strengthen, and Modernize the Nation’s Health Care,” the document continues, “While we may refer to the people we serve as beneficiaries, enrollees, patients, or consumers, our ultimate goal is to improve healthcare outcomes for all people, including the unborn, across healthcare settings.”

“A core component of the HHS mission is our dedication to serve all Americans from conception to natural death, but especially those individuals and populations facing or at high risk for economic and social well-being challenges, through effective human services,” the document shares.

The unveiling of the new HHS plan has received great praise from pro-lifers, like Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ), co-chair of the Pro-Life Caucus, shares Breitbart. “It is vital our government’s definitions of terms correspond to reality,” he said of the plan. “Therefore, I applaud the Trump Health and Human Services’s new strategic plan that defines life as beginning at conception, which any average high school biology student knows to be true.”

Franks pointed out that the left had long failed to provide a coherent definition of when life begins, leaving it ambiguously instead for mothers-to-be to grant their unborn children "personhood" at their discretion.

"Personhood, the line of argument continues, is conferred by the mother when she decides she wants to keep her child. This is a dangerous line of thinking that could lead to the justification of ending the lives for any and all of society’s ‘undesired’ persons," Franks explained. "What an inexpressibly dangerous and inhumane notion for Humanity to embrace."

Jim Sedlak, American Life League Executive Director, was incredulous that the new plan was instantly criticized by the left as being "anti-women's rights." He told Life Site News, “When will these people realize that about fifty percent of the babies that will have their lives saved through a more pro-life approach will be female? It is incredible that, in 2017, there are still people who deny that every human being’s life begins at Stage 1-A of the Carnegie Stages of Human Development."

We agree, it is incredible. But what is incredible in a good way is President Trump's bold moves towards reversing the growing culture of death in America. We pray God blesses it! How do you feel about it? Share your thoughts in the comments!

President Trump just responded to the NFL's decision on whether or not players must stand during the National Anthem. He was pretty passionate in his response.
