Tragic: Man Who Lost Daughter in Sandy Hook Shooting Reportedly Commits Suicide

Over the weekend, it was reported that two survivors of the Parkland shooting had taken their own lives. Now, another loved one who was left behind after a shooting has reportedly committed suicide.

Police in Newtown, Connecticut, are investigating the death of Jeremy Richman, 49, reported local news.  Richman was the father of Avielle Richman, who was killed in the Sandy Hook shooting in 2012.

Avielle was 6 years old when she was killed. She was one of the 20 elementary students who was killed in the shooting.

Police say his death appears to be a suicide. His body was found at the Edmond Town Hall Monday around 7 a.m.

Police said they "will not disclose the method or any other details of the death." However, they did add that it does not appear to be suspicious, reported CNN
