Are you a big fan of Trader Joe’s Mikawaya Chocolate Chocolate Mochi Ice Cream?

If so, you might need to pull it out of your freezer and take it back to the store as it slowly melts in your hands while tears of disappointment course down your face.

In all seriousness, though, if you or anyone you know has a peanut allergy, you’re going to want to know this.

According to Trader Joe’s recall page, some peanuts may have gotten into their peanut-free Mikawaya Chocolate Chocolate Mochi Ice Cream, putting allergy sufferers at risk.

If the lot number on the carton reads “LOT 090-17,” you’ve got the recalled batch. You can return it for a full refund.

In the meantime, Trader Joe’s has destroyed all of the affected ice creams they have on hand. That means there’s a sad, room temperature pool of chocolate and soggy rice dough lying somewhere.

Let your peanut-allergy friends and family know about the recall.
