It’s not in the clear. Todrick HallAfter being sued earlier this year for thousands in back rent, she is still in financial trouble.
The Celebrity Big BrotherAccording to property documents obtained, the 37-year old season 3 runnerup owes $100,000 back rent on Sherman Oaks, California, according to him. Use Weekly.
UsPreviously, Hall was sued by his landlords in march for $60,000 back rent from February andMarch of this year.
Avi and Orna Levian, the home’s owners, served the TV personality with a notice to quit or pay on March 3. The notice was then given to another occupant of their house, according the civil complaint. The paperwork was submitted to the court by the plaintiffs’ attorney on March 29.
While Hall claimed in February 2021 bought his “dream home,” and showed off the property via YouTube house tour video, that wasn’t the whole truth.
“I have been wanting to buy a home for a very long time and this is a dream come true,” the dancer explained in the video before taking his followers on a tour of the mansion. “I saw over 50 homes and decided to get this one. When I saw this one, I fell in love.”
Use, however, confirmed earlier this month that the “Nails, Hair, Hips, Heels” singer didn’t officially purchase the California estate until May 11, 2022.
According to Zillow’s listing, he purchased the home with eight bedrooms and five bathrooms for $6.1million.
Hall allegedly owes $100,000 back rent. The former owners of the property filed property documents for default judgement against Hall. According to the documents, Hall signed the purchase agreement knowing that his debt would not be forgiven by the previous owners.
The Lavians also want to collect their rent and ask the court to dismiss their case.
Ahead of all of the drama, Hall showed off his pad during a July 2021 episode of MTV’s Cribs. He said that he has had a relationship with a woman. Wizard of Oz-Theme bedroom with ruby slippers underneath the bed Idina Menzel’s Wicked costume.
“This is my favorite room in the entire house,” he confessed. “There’s no place like home!”
