Josh Duggar’s horrific scandals left the 18 other Duggar children and their parents reeling last year when the popular show “19 Kids and Counting” was pulled off the air. One bad apple was enough for the national media to skewer the entire family and attack their faith.
What TLC didn’t count on when removing the entire family from the air was the outpouring of support from across the country and overwhelming interest in the faithful and honest members of the family.
TLC tested the waters last year when they released a three-part series that followed the lives of Jill and Jessa. According to US Weekly, that series was a massive success. The success has landed the sisters their own show.
The new show “Jill and Jessa: Counting On” will follow the lives and experiences of the two sisters and their families. The new show will also feature Jana, Jinger, Joy Anna, John David, Josiah, Joseph, and Anna.
The re-emergence of the Duggar family from exile, minus Josh, will begin on March 15 on TLC.
