In August, the family of Golden Globe winner Tim Conway, 84, revealed heartbreaking news about the American actor. The television legend, famously known for his work on “The Carol Burnett Show” and various mainstream films, was reported to be suffering from a severe case of dementia.
As previously reported, the Hollywood star was “almost entirely unresponsive.” Amidst the heart-wrenching news, Conway’s children and wife have been in a major feud regarding his medical care.
According to Fox News, a legal decision about his care has not yet been reached. However, Conway’s daughter offered a recent health update on her father.
“The Carol Burnett Show” star has reportedly been hospitalized since September 3rd. Currently, he is recovering from a serious brain surgery.
“As far as how my dad is doing today? I don’t know, I was denied access to his room last night and today,” she stated. “My heart is broken and I am very concerned for my visitation schedule has been very limited this past year."
“My brothers and I are extremely happy that the plan to move our dad by his wife has been temporarily stopped by a court order today,” Conway's daughter previously said in August. “We are grateful to the judge for taking this matter seriously by considering all the evidence before making a decision. We appreciate the overwhelming support and love we have received from my dad’s friends and fans.”
