Fans of "Last Man Standing" might have something exciting to look forward to. It seems like the show, which ended its run in 2017, might be making a return.

Tim Allen seemed to be suggesting that on Twitter on Thursday.

He started by tweeting "Stay tuned."

He followed up that promising tweet with another.

"They heard all your voices people!! LMS just might be a reality. Keep it up. Who wants more #LastManStanding?" the actor tweeted.

The sitcom was canceled by ABC in May 2017 despite its high ratings. It had six seasons.

Fans of the show believed that the network cut the series because of Tim Allen's outspoken conservative politics. ABC denied that, but they didn't give a convincing alternate explanation.

Fox News reported that Allen's tweet may be premature. Their source said the rumors of the show's return are highly "speculative."

Would you be excited if "Last Man Standing" returned? There are certainly a lot of people who would tune in again.
