A Jonas Brothers member said that he tried to contact his ex-girlfriend again following the initial call.
“For those who have expressed concern over the ’27-second’ phone call … I called to discuss feelings with the other person. These feelings were clearly not well received. I did not end the conversation,” the Disney Channel alum, who started dating Camilla BelleSwift split with him, he wrote via MySpace. “Someone else did. Phone calls are only as long as the person on other end is willing to talk. A phone call can be pretty short when someone else ends the call.”
Jonas continued: “The only difference in this conversation was that I shared something the other person did not want to hear. There were later attempts at communication that had no response.”
The ex-couple reconciled their relationship and confirmed that they were now on friendly terms.
