Jada Pinkett-Smith, Will Smith's wife, got right to the point in a previewed episode of her show, Red Table Talk, interviewing Ayesha Curry, star basketball player Stephen Curry's wife. No stranger to the jealousy that comes with being married to a celebrity, Pinkett-Smith asked: "How do you deal with all the ladies around your man?"

Ayesha, a 30-year-old chef and author, was very candid: “Stephen is very nice by nature and he’s very talkative,” she said. “Everything is always very friendly and sometimes to the point where I’m like, I’m a grown woman so I’ll just insert myself. I’ll be like, ‘Hello. How are you doing?'”

She shared, “I’m OK with it now and obviously, you know the devil is a liar.” But having become accustomed to the constant flirting doesn't make it any easier for the mother of three: “The ladies will always be lurking, hoping for their moment and waiting. But for me, I honestly hate it,” she shared.

The Curry's make it a point to prioritize their marriage: “Putting ourselves first, and making sure that we make time for date nights and for each other,” Ayesha said in January. “That’s been very important, as hard as it is. Because when you become a parent, you want to put your kids first, and we do, but we do it second to our relationship.”

Stephen Curry, who plays for the Warriors, has been very open about his faith in Jesus. He recently shared how other Christians on his team help keep him accountable: "You ask anybody in their walk of faith – it's all about finding accountability partners and finding people that can encourage you in your walk," he said. "We have a group chat – we call it the discipleship group where we share Bible verses every single day and kind of do a Bible study through text message," he explained.

"Every game day we probably have 10, 11 guys show up for the 30-minute Bible study, prayer service, daily encouragement that's the biggest thing. You can get lost in the daily routines and the hype of what we do on the floor and forget why we're here," Curry shared.

We all know that marriage takes a lot of effort even not being famous and traveling often! We can only imagine the extra effort necessary to keep a marriage together like the Curry's! May God bless their marriage and family. Do you agree?
