What happens in the Hamptons rarely stays there — at least when it comes to the cast of Summer Housetheir relationships. In fact, some of the show’s biggest stars, including Lindsay Hubbard, Carl RadkeAnd Luke Gulbranson, have a history dating their costars.
Lindsay, who was on Bravo from season 1, started her time on Bravo with her then-boyfriend. Everett Weston. After a few onscreen sex, fans began to ship her and Carl, who she subsequently fell in love with in season 4. The couple spends a lot of time together, which made some viewers believe they were an item once again.
“We’ve been super close, we’ve been best friends, we started the show together,” she exclusively told Us WeeklyIn October 2021, she noted her time Winter HouseIt was strange without Carl. “I FaceTimed him a bunch while I was there and we hang out all the time, we live in the same building in New York and we’re just, like, really, really close.”
The couple finally made their romance public when the only thing they shared with Us was that they were now dating in January 2022.
“I’m happy to report, we are dating and things are really good,” Carl revealed while promoting season 6 of Summer House. “We’re very happy. She’s someone that’s been an incredible support and part of my life [for years].”
The Loverboy vice president of sales added that their relationship “has grown immensely in the last year because of my sobriety,” and as their bond grew deeper, “things have gotten more romantic” between the pair.
“There’s just been more feelings. We spend a lot of time together. I can’t tell you how many friends of ours have said, ‘Oh, what about, you know …’ Like, deep down, always wondering [about]Lindsay and me. And I ran from that for some reason,” he explained to Us at the time. “I was scared cause dating your best friend is really freaking scary.”
Lindsay shared her story with Carl before going public. Use that she has a lot of history with another Bravo star — Southern Charm’s Austen Kroll.
“If you can find that person [a friend], in somebody else on a different show who understands what you’re going through, but it’s not too close to the situation, that’s where we became friends and we’ve been nurturing that friendship for the last three years,” the public relations specialist exclusively told Use at the time, just before fans saw her and Austen’s dynamic play out on the first season of Winter House. “It really has not come out of nowhere. We do have a history of friendship and physical history of romance.”
Lindsay is no more with Austen, but she still costars Kyle CookeAnd Amanda BatulaSome relationships have survived the trials and tribulations of reality television.
The couple, who first met in 2015 and made their relationship official in season 1 of 2017, have since tied it off.
“It was like goosebumps. I was like a ball of nerves, but in that moment, everything was perfect,” Kyle exclusively told UseHis nuptials took place in October 2021. “It’s exactly how you want it to feel. And I was certainly teary-eyed, several times during the ceremony, but I managed to pull through.”
