Students Made To Confess Faith To Islam Through ‘Art’ Assignment

Around the country, Christianity is being torn from schools and public places by rabid atheist groups who misuse the 1st amendment to push their anti-God agenda on the public.  Coaches are suspended for praying, and Christmas is being censored because of it’s Christian heritage.

However, one religion is safe from the liberal and atheist’s attacks.  In another blatant example that Islam is shown increasing favor in this country, students in Virginia were made to write “There is no God but Allah” under the guise of a calligraphy lesson.  According to Fox News, the students were not given the translation of what they were writing.

If a student had been told to write “God is love,” the atheist groups would protest, send threatening letters, and file lawsuits to keep students separated from God.  But since this assignment was Islam based, there was no outrage from liberals and no cries of “separation of church and state”.  The parents of the students however, were horrified to learn what the students had been made to do.

The school district attempted to downplay the Islamic indoctrination.  “Neither these lessons, nor any other lesson in the world geography course, are an attempt at indoctrination to Islam or any other religion, or a request for students to renounce their own faith or profess any belief,” The school district said.

The school says the assignment was meant for the students to appreciate the art of Arabic calligraphy.  If that is the case, why out of the millions of phrases did the school choose the Islamic statement of faith?

Why is it ok to promote Islam but not Christianity?
