70-year-old Republican Senate nominee for Alabama, Roy Moore, is currently facing sexual assault allegations by five different women. The several accusations against Moore include a woman who claimed the politician had inappropriate sexual contact with her when she was only 14 years old and he was 32.

The most recent accuser, Beverly Nelson, appeared in a press conference with her lawyer, Gloria Allred, on Monday, November 13th to tell her story. Nelson claimed that Moore made sexual advances on her when she was 16 years old and Moore was reportedly twice her age. In tears, Nelson showed a message from Moore in her yearbook and, additionally, stated she never had contact with him after the incident.

Moore has denied all allegations.

Following Nelson’s press conference, Moore’s attorney pointed out several flaws in her story—The handwriting from her yearbook’s message does not match Moore’s and there is proof that the two have seen each other since the alleged incident.

Even one of Nelson’s family members, her stepson Darrel Nelson, publicly spoke out against his stepmother. Darrel does not believe his step mother’s story and told Breitbart News, “I know for a fact that there is a lot that that woman does not tell the truth on.”

In the past few days, Darrel has posted several videos on his personal Facebook page, making it clear that he thinks his stepmom is a liar and is participating in this alleged scandal for financial gain.

He stated, “There is a lot of details that just does not add up. Do I believe that she is being paid? I have got a feeling that that is so.”

According to Breitbart, Darrel’s father [Nelson’s husband] asked him to remove the first video coming to Moore’s defense, but since then, he has posted several others.
