Stephen A. Smith is calling Will Smith out for slapping Chris Rock at Oscars.
“What Will Smith did tonight is pure bullshit. His Oscar win was well deserved. He deserves props and congratulations. He said that he loved his brother and was proud of him.
“To go up onstage and slap Chris Rock as that, he’s fortunate he didn’t get slapped. Particularly after the event was finished. Chris Rock to the men he had with him. He continued, “Damn,” he said.
“Denzel [Washington]Bradley Cooper and Tyler Perry trying to calm you down. Your publicist must run out and calm down you. I mean damn. You can do it, bro. Come on, man. There is no excuse, ladies and gentlemen. It’s not possible to justify it. It was said by Chris Rock many years ago. You know who makes it worse when Black people do something. I never imagined that I would be able to say that about Will Smith. Will Packer, a Black man, did a remarkable job producing the Oscars. And you do this to stain your own skin? To stain the Academy Awards Damn.”
