Actress Lainie Kazan was arrested for shoplifting at a grocery store in the Los Angeles area on Christmas Eve. The 77-year-old actress and star from the hit romantic comedy “My Big Fat Greek Wedding” claimed she was destitute.
Allegedly, Kazan developed a routine where she’d place items in her shopping cart and move the cart past the checker in the checkout line. Security photos have documentation of this.
