Eric was in a state of hysteria. Enough was enough. There is no filler in mine now. Zero.”
The English star went on to compare his old look to “something out of a horror film.”
Cowell added, “There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other. But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water.”

I felt very depressed because I didn’t know how to explain it to Eric. I couldn’t do all the things I wanted to with him. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to walk again, to ever play football with him. That was a low point.”
Cowell was injured when he fell while testing the ebike outside his Malibu home.
“It could have been a lot worse,” the America’s Got TalentJudge told AdditionalFebruary 2021. “When I saw the X-ray, I really nearly could have smashed my spine to pieces. So, I literally wouldn’t have been able to walk. I knew I’d broken my back the minute I landed. It was very, very sudden and it hurt. … I was thinking, ‘I’ve got to get back into the house because I can’t lie there,’ and I made myself kind of get carried into my bedroom, which is right there at the beginning of the house. And I’m lying there and I’m kind of passing out. It was surreal.”
Eric was inspired to compare Cowell to Ironman by the fact that he had metal rods, screws and screws in his back after the injury. “I thought that was the sweetest thing and it meant a lot,” he gushed to the outlet.
The former X Factor judge and his fiancée, Lauren SilvermanCowell and their son were welcomed into the world by their daughter in February 2014. Five years later Cowell revealed the truth. Us Weekly that the little one doesn’t understand his fame.
“He’s very funny. I was with him yesterday and he said, ‘Daddy, how come everybody smiles at you?’ And I went, ‘No, it’s you! They all know your name,’” the WishfitsAuthor made a joke in May 2019. “I said, ‘From the minute you were born, for some reason, everybody knew your first name.’ He went, ‘Really?’ I said, ‘Yeah! They knew your name.’ So I said, ‘It’s you!’”
