Two weeks after a passenger was dragged bleeding off a flight, United Airlines is still scrambling to patch up their frayed image.

CEO Oscar Munoz offered this video apology Friday to all customers past, present, and future:

According to WGN TV, CEO Oscar Munoz says United will make the following five changes:

1. Lessen the common industry practice of overbooking flights.

2. Never force a seated passenger to leave an overbooked flight, except in cases of safety and security.
