The 43-year-old Golden Globe-winning actress looked radiant in a sequined Halpern dress with her blonde hair pulled back in a low ponytail. Hudson showcased her toned midsection with the mermaid-inspired look that featured a lavender halter-top and sash-like fabric. It was similar to a seashell bra. The Fool’s GoldStar kept her glam simple with pink eyeshadow and dewy skin.
Janelle MonáeRobert Wun’s structural number was the outfit she wore to her appearance. The Grammy nominee, 36 years old, wore an asymmetrical black dress underneath her eye-catching red tulle top. It was a dramatic contrast to the carpet.
The stylish duo were reunited by Daniel Craig Edward NortonBoth of them looked dapper in blue suits.
The highly anticipated sequel to 2019’s Knives OutIn 2020, Craig (54), was confirmed to reprise his role as Benoit Blanc, master detective. The British actor was also in the film. Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jamie Lee Curtis, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, LaKeith Stanfield, and more received rave reviews from critics as well as fans.
Craig is the only cast member who returns for the second film. He reunites with writer-director. Rian Johnson. The sequel also features Kathryn Hahn, Leslie Odom Jr., Ethan Hawke, Madelyn Cline Dave Bautista.
Glass OnionFilming began in Greece in the summer 2021 and was completed in September. According to the synopsis, Blanc is called in to investigate when a friend of tech mogul Miles Bron (Norton) shows up dead on the billionaire’s private island.
The 47th Annual Toronto International Film Festival hosted the world premiere of the murder mystery. Glass OnionIt will be released in theaters on November 23 for a limited release and will be available on Netflix for streaming one month later on December 23.
Many of the movie’s details have been kept under wraps, but Craig hinted that fans will be excited by the sequel’s change in direction. “Dare I say it’s better?” he told EmpireIn October 2021. “We’ll see. I don’t want to tempt fate. It’s different, and that’s the amazing thing. It’s still a Benoit Blanc mystery, but it’s very different. I’m very excited about it.”
Johnson, for his part praised Netflix’s unique release system. “Personally, I’m thrilled that Netflix has made this deal for theatrical in November,” he said at a press conference earlier this month. “I love people watching it at home. Though if people want to see it in the theater, I want them to have the opportunity to — and to see it with a crowd.”
