Sarah Sanders is once again in the headlines of national news. However, this time it has nothing to do with President Trump.
Sanders was recently attacked for her faith and her appearance by the "Big Bang Theory" creator during a recent episode. As the credits rolled, a message flashed on the screen about Sanders.
“God told me he hasn't spoken to Sarah Sanders since she was fourteen years old and praying for her skin to clear up. I have no reason to doubt Him,” an on-screen message during the show’s closing credits said.
Fans were livid at the image. Many lashed out on social media at Lorre for the crude remarks and biased attack. This isn't the first time he has done something like this.
"Lorre frequently mocks Trump and members of his administration in the vanity cards. Last October, a message urged 'God' to increase midterm voter turnout to combat a 'fascist, hate-filled, fear-mongering, demagogic, truth-shattering, autocratic golf cheater,'" reported Fox.
The messaging comes after Sanders recently spoke about God and President Trump. There is little doubt that her words sparked the message from Lorre.
“I think God calls all of us to fill different roles at different times, and I think that he wanted Donald Trump to become president and that’s why he’s there. And I think he has done a tremendous job in supporting a lot of the things that people of faith really care about,” Sanders said according to a transcript provided to the Washington Post. “Honestly, it’s very hard at this point to even take a lecture from Democrats on what is moral and what isn’t.”
