Warner Bros. has released the first look at the movie on Wednesday, 15 June. Notebook41-year-old star as the famous boy toy. Gosling is wearing a light wash denim vest and frayed sleeves with no shirt underneath. The vest matches his jeans which show off the top of his Ken-branded pants.
The Canada native looks like a California dude with his bleach blonde ‘do. He also has a spray tan that gives him perfectly sculpted abs with no body hair.

Gosling will star opposite Margot RobbieThe film’s titular doll is played by, Greta GerwigThe Oscar nominee, 38-year-old, directed the film. He also co-wrote it. Barbiescript with her long-term partner in love Noah Baumbach.
Similar to the first photo from the flick, the bright lighting and hot pink background are bringing strong Malibu Dream House vibes.
The BarbieCast will also include America Ferrera, Kate McKinnonAnd Simu Liu. The Marvel star, 33, gushed about the script, which he didn’t read until a junior agent on his team said it was one of the best scripts he’d ever read. “He literally said this verbatim,” Liu told GQ UKInterview in May. “He was like, ‘If I could stake my career on any one script, it’s the Barbie script. The Shang-Chi & the Legend of the Ten Rings star went on to describe the toy-inspired film as “wild” and “incredibly unique.” He added, “I wish I could just show you what we do day to day because it’s crazy.”
Robbie, 31 years old, was just as vague in teaser interviews for the live-action movie. During an interview, she described the role. Like Liu, she also hinted that there might be big surprises.
“But with that come[s] a lot of exciting ways to attack it,” she shared at the time. “People generally hear Barbie and think, ‘I know what that movie is going to be,’ and then they hear that Greta Gerwig is writing and directing it, and they’re like, ‘Oh, well, maybe I don’t.’”
Filming is currently underway to film the BarbieThe movie will be released in theaters July 21, 2023.
