Congratulations are in order!
The Kennedy family, with the famous patriarchs of former United States Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy and former president John F. Kennedy, just got a little bit bigger. A young couple in the family — Robert “Bobby” F. Kennedy III and his wife Amaryllis Fox — welcomed their baby girl this month.
The couple announced their daughter’s birth over the weekend. Amaryllis was first to share the happy news on her Instagram account.
The new parents decided to name their baby girl “Bobby,” allowing her to carry down the legacy of the Robert family name. Little Bobby was born “safe and snug” via cesarean on the evening of January 7th.
In a heartwarming post, Amaryllis stated, “Baby Bobby arrived safe and snug on January 7th at 6:27 pm. She’s named for her father, grandfather and great grandfather, carrying their legacy into a future where women stand shoulder to shoulder with their fathers, brothers, and sons to do the work of love in the world. May she hold in her heart their fathomless commitment to human dignity, peace among nations, and protection of our natural world.”
“This littlest fur cub was born on the first day of epiphany, the season set aside by ancient christians to mark the realization that love vanquishes all. As I hold her softly breathing in my arms, surrounded by love in our warm den, that couldn’t feel more fitting,” the mama added.
Although this is the couple’s first child together, Amaryllis has a 9-year-old daughter named Zoe from a previous relationship. She is reportedly very excited to be a big sister!
Congratulations to the Kennedy family as they enjoy their newest addition! In breaking news, a major update was released on Dog the Bounty Hunter’s wife as she battles cancer.
