On Wednesday morning, Miranda Kerr revealed to the Daily Mail that she has a baby on the way with her husband, Evan Spiegel. This will be the couple's first child together.
Kerr, the wildly successful Australian model, is already a mom to her 6-year-old son. Flynn was born in 2011 when Kerr was married to actor Orlando Bloom.
Kerr and Evan Spiegel got engaged in July 2016 and were married this past May. The two first met at a Louis Vuitton dinner in 2014. Kerr opened up to "The Edit" about their early stages of dating.
At the time she said, "He's 25, but acts like he's 50. He's not out partying. He goes to work in [L.A.'s] Venice. He comes home. We don't go out. We'd rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early."
Spiegel is the Cofounder and CEO of the popular social media network, Snapchat. In March, Spiegel became the youngest public company CEO. According to Forbes, he now owns around 18% of the company but also has voting shares over the board.
While Kerr and Spiegel have had tremendous success in their careers, they are now looking forward to another chapter of their lives. A spokeswoman for the family revealed the exciting announcement on Wednesday.
She said, "Miranda, Evan, and Flynn are looking forward to welcoming the newest member of their family."
According to ET Online, Kerr and Spiegel were wanting to wait to have kids together until the two of them were married. Now, the two are growing their family.
