A sad news story is circulating around the nation after an elderly woman passed away. Kathleen Dehmlow died recently. As with nearly all deaths, her obituary was listed in the local paper.
However, that's where things take an interesting turn. While most obituaries sing the praises of the dearly departed and tell of what wonderful people they were, Kathleen's does something completely different.
It began by telling the reader that she had been born in 1938 and had married at a young age. However, the obituary drops a bomb on the reader when it describes how Kathleen then became pregnant by her husband's brother and had moved to California.
"She abandoned her children, Gina and Jay who were then raised by her parents in Clements, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Schunk," it reads.
While this piece of information certainly shocks the reader, it is the final closing paragraph that leaves one completely stunned.
"She passed away on May 31, 2018 in Springfield and will now face judgement," the obituary ends. "She will not be missed by Gina and Jay, and they understand that this world is a better place without her," it concludes.
Wow! It was met with mixed reactions on social media. Some people found it humorous while others simply prayed for the Kathleen's soul.
