Prince HarryAnd Meghan MarkleThey are making changes to their plans and moving toQueen Elizabeth II’s side amid health concerns for the 96-year-old monarch.
A spokesperson for Duke and Duchess Sussex confirmed on Thursday, September 8th that the couple will travel to Scotland to receive medical care at Balmoral Castle. Earlier on Thursday, Buckingham Palace announced that Queen Elizabeth’s doctors were monitoring her.
“Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision,” a statement reads. “The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral.”

Harry and Meghan, who made the move to the United States in 2020 have been abroad for a number of engagements. After attending the One Young World Summit, Manchester on Monday September 5, the couple went to Germany to participate in the Invictus Games. They were set to be in London for WellChild Awards on Thursday before the news of the queen’s health broke.
