Fresh from a historic meeting with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un, President Trump quickly jumped back into the American political scene.
While Trump was in Singapore making progress that no other President before him has, once-prominent actor Robert De Niro was pandering to his fellow actors at the Tony awards.
De Niro took to the stage and boldly exclaimed “I'm gonna say one thing: F--- Trump!" De Niro chirped. "It's no longer down with Trump, it's f--- Trump!"
Not surprisingly, the like-minded liberal crowd loudly applauded and cheered, even giving De Niro a standing ovation.
Despite staying busy with issues such as putting an end to the North Korean nuclear standoff, boosting the economy, lowering unemployment levels to near historic lows and issuing pardons, President Trump took the time to school the aging actor on twitter.
“Robert De Niro, a very Low IQ individual, has received to many shots to the head by real boxers in movies,” Trump Tweeted. “I watched him last night and truly believe he may be “punch-drunk.” I guess he doesn’t realize the economy is the best it’s ever been with employment being at an all time high, and many companies pouring back into our country. Wake up Punchy!”
Ouch! Robert De Niro better think twice before taking cheap shots at President Trump.
