Prayers are needed as police are searching for a 38-year-old woman from Texas. Police say she disappeared after leaving from watching a movie with a co-worker.

Emily Wade was last seen on January 5 around 5 p.m. The mother-of-one reportedly went with a Chili's co-worker's to watch a movie and left around 8:30 p.m. Wade's mother Shirley said it is unlike her daughter to just disappear.

“This is the worst nightmare a mother could ever go through... not knowing anything,” her mother, Shirley Wade, told Fox affiliate KDFW. “She said she’d be gone a couple hours and I believed her. And I still believe she was planning on coming on home.”

Emily lives with her daughter, age 7, and her mother in an apartment in Ennis, Texas. Jared Jones, Wade's ex-boyfriend, also lives in Ennis.

Jones explained that Emily's life was "nothing she would run away from," as "everything has been just copacetic and beautiful."

According to reports, Jones, Wade's mother, and her Chili's co-worked have all been cleared from being persons of interest in her disappearance.

Wade's car is a 2012 four-door silver Nissan Altima with Kentucky license plates 411PAZ. Her car is also missing.

Emily is described as a white female with blonde hair. She is 5'6" and weighs about 140 pounds. Investigators say she was last seen wearing a peach-colored sweater, jeans, and Nike shoes.

Anyone with any information on Wade's whereabouts is urged to contact the Ennis Police Department at 972-875-4462.
