
Cash Out, a popular 2000s rapper, was recently indicted for rape, sex traficking and running an operation to prostitution out of an Atlanta hotel room.
John-Michael Hakim Gibson was born to the rapper. He was taken into custody and booked into Fulton County Jail. He is currently being held without bond.
Fani Willis from Fulton County says that Cash Out allegedly used his celebrity status for women to follow him on Instagram and then into a life as a prostitute.

Willis stated that the most troubling part of the case was that women have been brutalized in our community by people who had the chance to do something with their lives.

“He is a very talented musician. He left that business and went to the one that puts him under indictment.
Cash Out’s trafficking was violent in nature.
“He’s accused of whipping a young woman who’s a prostitute, and this was one the girls that he had recruited,” Earnell Winfrey, Fulton County deputy district attorney, told Channel 2 investigative reporter Mark Winne.
“We have rescued two women so far. These women are some of our most vulnerable women. He lured them in, made them believe he cared about them, and promised to take care of them. But then he changed the script and began to pimp them.” Winfrey stated.
Winfrey stated, “He’s facing an 25-to-life offense.”
