As of 9:20 a.m. ET, police are on the hunt for a gunman who shot several people early Sunday morning in Nashville. The shooting took place at a Waffle House.

According to CNN, the person of interest is 29-year-old Travis Reinking. The young man reportedly entered the Waffle House wearing only a green jacket. After shooting several people, a customer tried to grab the weapon from Reinking.

Thankfully, the customer was able to wrestle away the gun from the shooter. After that, Reinking shed his only layer of clothing, his coat, and fled the scene.

Now, police are on the lookout for the naked gunman.

Metro Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron said, “Keep your doors locked, keep your ears open. If you see this individual- if you see a nude guy walking around this morning- call the police department immediately…The man who wrestled the gun away is a hero.”

A couple of hours after the incident, police believe that the gunman may have put on black pants.

Sadly, Reinking killed several people in the shooting. Reports are varying on the number shot, with the highest number reporting four killed and four others injured.
