3-Year-Old and 5-Year-old Abducted from Arizona Found Safe

An AMBER ALERT was issued for two young children late Saturday night. The two kids were abducted from Phoenix, Arizona on February 23rd.

3-year-old Ryhs Bylsma and 5-year-old Grame Bylsma were taken by Justin Bylsma, 36, without permission. Reports have not specified if Justin is the children’s father, but they all have the same last name so there is clearly some type of relationship.

According to Missing Kids, the vehicle associated with the alert is a Black 2018 Nissan Maxima with an Oregon license tag 068-KRY.

The suspect is a white male. He is 6’4” and weighs 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

The 3-year-old boy has blonde hair and blue eyes. He 3'1" and weighs 30 lbs. The child was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and green camo shorts.

The 5-year-old girl has blonde hair and green eyes. She is 3’4” and also weighs about 30 lbs. The little girl was last seen wearing a black AC/DC t-shirt and pink pants with gold stars.
