This recipe is so simple and can be interchanged with almost any fruit of your choice! Cut the peaches in half, brush with oil, grill on medium heat (rotating as needed) for 3-4 minutes, then serve with ice cream on top. For more flavor, you can add your preferred toppings such as nuts, honey, whipped cream, etc. If you don’t like peaches, simply choose another fruit to grill.
Slice a banana down the middle without completely cutting it in half, fill with toppings of your choice (chocolate, marshmallows, granola, nuts, honey, etc.), wrap in foil, toss on the grill for 8-10 minutes, then let cool and enjoy!
Select your favorite fruits to make a kabob (berries, apples, pineapple, etc.), cook on the grill for approximately 5 minutes, then drizzle with syrup, honey, or chocolate to finish!
