President Obama's former vacation home just hit the market and it isn't cheap. The Martha's Vineyard estate rented by Obama and his family in Summer 2013 is up for sale for a high price of $17.5 million, according to Fox News.
The so-called "presidential paradise" is a shocking 7,000 square feet, encompassing six bedrooms and five full bathrooms across nine-and-a-half acres of land with beachfront views.
The home is only 120 feet above the Atlantic Ocean. On top of that, the house is filled with limestone floors and oversized wood-burning fireplaces, a private gym, a two-bedroom guest cottage, and three private beach lots that can be accessed by boat.
According to Fox News, "Other amenities include a heated infinity pool, screened porch, outdoor terraces, and a half-basketball court. Listing photos of the living room feature a black-and-white photograph of the former President and First Lady back in 1996, which reportedly comes with the home, too."
The Observer reports that the Obamas, along with their daughters Sasha and Malia went to this home for vacation during August of this year.
The website reports that the Obamas have kept very busy amassing a large share of luxury homes. For instance, they purchased a mansion in the Kalorama neighborhood of DC last year, and they have reportedly checked out apartments on New York's Upper East Side. Rumor swirled that the Obama couple was looking to purchase a home on Martha's Vinyard. In August, however, a spokesperson claimed that the couple was not looking to find a permanent home there.

Fox News reports that Bill and Hillary Clinton also sold their summer getaway for a mighty $29 million. The Clinton vacation home that recently sold has a total of eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, six fireplaces, a heated pool, a library, and more. It also is located on the beach and has numerous views of the ocean.
In breaking news, Barron Trump just gave his seal of approval for a holiday tradition in the White House.
