Nicki Minaj is asking for Tyrone Blackburn to be punished as the attorney representing the woman accused of rape.
Judd Burstein wrote that Mr. Blackburn’s conduct was “disgraceful” in documents obtained by Billboard. “He should be severely punished for it … so that, hopefully, other lawyers will understand that they have an obligation to their clients, the court, opposing counsel, and the legal profession itself not to pursue bad faith, frivolous, and indeed extortionate litigation in such a reprehensible manner.”
Nicki’s lawyer called Blackburn a “bottom eater.” Nicki’s team alleges that Blackburn accused her being a member Makk Baller Brides, a Queens gang member.

Burstein claims Blackburn should pay Blackburn’s legal bills. He also wants a judge punishing him.
Burstein wrote, “He is arrogantly arguing that his conduct was appropriate.” “He shouldn’t be allowed to leave this Court believing he can victimize Ms. Maraj again with the same baseless allegations.”
