An NFL player for the Baltimore Ravens recently took a flight that resulted in an incredible encounter. Now, the tight end for the Ravens says he is trying to find "the one" that got away.
According to reports, Hurst tweeted Sunday after flying back to Maryland from Jacksonville, Florida in the hopes someone on social media could help identify or connect him with a mystery woman he was smitten by.
He wrote the below message in hopes of tracking down the woman on the plane.
“To the gorgeous tall brunette on my flight to Baltimore. You walk incredibly fast and I couldn’t catch up but here’s hoping you have Twitter #theonethatgotaway,” Hurst wrote. The athlete said he tried to introduce himself but someone asked to take a picture with him and by the time the photo was snapped, the Baltimore brunette was in the wind.
Hurst's tweet got mixed reviews. Some people supported him in finding the woman and tried their best to help him. Others weren't so supportive. Some people made fun of him for the post, including fellow teammates.
At this time, the story doesn't have a happy ending. Hurst hasn't been in contact with the young woman. We will bring you details if the story changes.
"Hurst is entering his second season with Baltimore. He played in 12 games last season, catching 13 passes for 163 yards and one touchdown," reported Fox.
