Being a quarterback in the NFL is no easy job. Defenses from across the league are tasked with speeding towards the QB to try and tackle him with all their might on each and every snap.

However, some men have great success at the position. Russell Wilson, the legendary quarterback for the Seattle Seahawks, is certainly one of those players.

Recently, Seattle signed Russell to a new contract. It was the richest contract in the entire league. As a way to give back, Wilson gifted his offensive linemen with something very unique.

"The 30-year-old star bought each of the Seahawks’ linemen $12,000 in Amazon stock, according to multiple reports. In total, Wilson spent $156,000 on the gift," wrote Fox.

Wilson was obviously thrilled about the contract. He has since spoken out about the news and about his teammates who protect him in the pocket.

“'You sacrifice our physical and mental well-being to protect me, which in turn allows me to provide and care for my family,' Wilson wrote in a letter to the linemen obtained by TMZ Sports. 'This does not go unnoticed and it is never forgotten.'"

Wilson's total contract will span 4 years. He signed a $140 million extension and will have an average paycheck of $35 million.
