A tragedy took place this week at a Bronx playground. NYPD revealed that two people walked up to a playground in broad daylight and began shooting while dozens of people ran for their lives.
According to ABC, at least two people were left injured after the shooting. One 16-year-old boy was shot in the foot while another 47-year-old man was shot in the forearm.
The incident took place at around 7 p.m. at Walton Park on Wednesday. According to reports, two males approached a basketball court when one pulled out a firearm and began shooting.
Now, the NYPD has released video footage of the two suspects. They are hoping that it will help them locate the individuals.

Community activist Darney Rivers said, “I came and seen the aftermath, and I seen the running and the terror, I seen the looks on the kids faces. They were terrified, they shouldn’t have to live like that.”
Another person who lives nearby, Braulio Basulto, said, “I think it’s a real danger, I think police have to spend more time over here.”
According to CBS, the playground just reopened last week. it had been renovated with $1.4 million. The basketball court is next to a play area for small children.
