Authorities are investigating whether he is connected to at least two other random shootings in the same county over the past several weeks. Indeed, prosecutors have been looking for what they consider to be a "serial" random shooting, and many believe that they have found their man after this most recent arrest. This connection hasn't yet been confirmed, however.
Authorities are working to confirm the connection between the deadly Thursday night shooting in Freehold and two recent shootings, one of them in Asbury Park and the other in an unknown town.
