Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi, her ex-husband are accused of having allegedly stolen settlement money from the airline’s accident years back that was meant to be paid to the families of the victims. Erika Jayne denied any involvement in this, or any knowledge of funds being stolen.

The new lawsuit will be filed in the United States District Court in San Francisco and alleges racketeering, conspiracy to commit racketeering, receipt of stolen property, conversion and aiding and abetting in the concealment of stolen property.
