Police in New York State are searching for a missing couple. They're asking for the public's help, reported local news.
Norman Lepine, 79, and his wife, Shirley Lepine, 77, were last seen on Interstate 90 in Syracuse, New York, at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. Bedford police said New York State Police had contact with the couple the last time they were seen, but it was before they were reported missing.
Norman Lepine was driving a white 2018 Audi A8 with New Hampshire license plate 4C455. The couple, who live in Bedford, New Hams Hampshire, were last seen by their daughter at their home at around 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police said the Lepines had plans to drive to a restaurant in Tamworth for dinner. Police said it appears they never made it to the restaurant, and they did not return home after leaving for dinner.
Police said the couple does not own a cellphone. Their credit card was last used in Waterloo, New York, on Thursday.
Norman Lepine is described as white, 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 205 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes. He has dementia and may be in need of medical attention, according to New York State Police.
Shirley Lepine is described as white, 5 feet tall and weighing 97 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. According to some reports, she also has dementia.
